Introduction

Activity 1: Teacher input
Bring a packet of Kenyan green beans into class, amongst a selection of locally grown and seasonal vegetables.
Ask the class to spot the odd one out. It’s the green beans.
Explain that today’s lesson will be about buying locally versus buying globally.
