Life Skills - Positive Mindset

What we focus on and think about generally brings about the experiences we will have in our life. Therefore, if we predominantly have negative thinking or negative thought patterns, as a general rule, we tend to look for negative things in life and consequently we have negative experiences.

Learning Outcomes
